Lonely rider - Sam

We met Sam, a cool dude from Washington on his way back from Guatemala to Washington.

Man, he had story's to tell. We feel like virgins compare to his tales or biker snobs with our BMW's. and all the safety gear. He survived four crashes and hospital stays in Mexico.

He rides a 1974 Kawasaki KZ 400 with 25000 miles on it......

Howdy!
Good to hear that you're safe and sound and your motorbikes are still riding. Thanks for the great time in New Orleans, we hope that you also had the fun we had. After two days in Houston (you can probably imagine, how the guys from the Hilton Hotel looked at us) and with a new set of rear tires, chain kit and brake pads, we've now left Texas and arrived in New Mexico. Hope to meet you again sometime!

Hi Z & T

Sounds like you already have lots of stories to tell too. Really am enjoying reading some of them on your blog. The pic's are great...Zenni you are a biker "hottie" in all your gear, etc.

Til...I drove the porsche last night. Was fun and had no problem changing gears, etc. Martin made fun of me because I got passed on the highway by a mini-van.

Anyway...have fun in texas. Talk to ya'll later.

Till/Zenni,

I am sure that i join all of your envious friends who are getting such a kick following your travels. I have been to many of the places that you have been to, so i almost feel like i am on the back of the bike with you --- except there is no room for me there.

Keep having fun!
Nancy
