Arrived safe in Santa Fe. Weather wise nothing really changed just colder. 50 Fahrenheit about
(8 C) and heavy rain. After couple hours driving through rain I created a relationship with the rain and the noise hitting the helmet. So I became musical and I have to tell you I definitely like my helmet singing voice more than the vacuum cleaning and shower singing voice.
And of course there is plenty of time to let your mind take over and bring you somewhere else.
So I thought how to make the world a better place and I had the idea to make my own goat cheese
with herbs and nuts....
Now I have to soak up some of Santa Fe's well known art scene.

Zenni, you crack me up! I really enjoyed reading about your new helmet singing voice and the thoughts running through your head as you motor on down the road. Looking forward to reading more on your thoughts for world peace.

Hi guys! I am really enjoying these updates and tales from the road! I had not checked in for a little while, so viewing all of the pictures was fun. As expected, you two are having a wonderful adventure. I have never been to New Mexico, but it is definitely on the list. Till with no hair-OMG! Zennie-the fashion plate as always. You both look totally cool in your gear, too. I will be living vicariously through you & your trip this summer, as Ian and I can't really take a big vacation this year. Keep the pix comin'!

zenni, you always provide the best comic relief...imagining you racing down the highway humming and singing to the rainbeat on your helmet brings a smile to my face!
we miss you guys a ton, but we're enjoying your stories from the road, so please keep them coming!
i think your nutty goat cheese will be a perfect snack at the bed and breakfast we open in patagonia!

Here I go again on my own
goin' down the only road I've ever known.
Like a drifter I was born to walk alone
'cos I know what it means to walk along the lonely street of dreams.
Here I go again on my own
goin' down the only road I've ever known.
Like a drifter I was born to walk alone.
An' I've made up my mind, I ain't wasting no more time
but here I go again, here I go again,
here I go again, here I GOOOOOOO!
